IDM Brokerage House has signed an agreement to conduct the initial public offering of Work Service, which ranked 23rd among the "Business Gazelles" in 2005. It is a national leader in the scope of all types of work-related services — from personnel consulting to staff leasing. Work Service partners with over 1,200 companies, and nearly 100,000 people find employment through the firm annually.

"For now, I can only say that the value of the offer will amount to several dozen million zlotys. We tentatively plan the timing for the fourth quarter of this year or the first of next year," announces Rafał Abratański, Vice President of IDM Brokerage House.

The Work Service offering will certainly be quite a challenge. This industry is not yet represented on the stock exchange.

"Analysts and journalists need to be familiarized with the sector," claims Rafał Abratański.

DM IDM has already conducted five public offerings this year, and two more are underway. Rafał Abratański confirms that the targets for this year include conducting at least 11 share issues with a total value between PLN 1.5 and 2 billion.
