The company specializing in outsourcing and employee recruitment debuted yesterday on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Investors who subscribed to Work Service shares in the public offering could count on a 33 percent profit just after trading opened. The company, led by Tomasz Hanczarek, intended to debut on the WSE as early as January, but due to poor market conditions, it postponed the IPO by 3 months. Work Service offered investors 20 million shares at a price of PLN 6 per share. However, investors subscribed for only slightly over 5 million shares. The company intends to allocate the funds raised from the stock exchange for acquisitions. Work Service plans a profit of PLN 36 million for this year.
