Tomasz Misiak – founder of Work Service. Tomasz Misiak has succeeded in building a company that will soon become the industry leader within the Moscow-Berlin-Istanbul triangle. In 2013, the revenues of the Work Service Capital Group grew by over 26% to 918 million PLN. Sales profit was recorded at nearly 113 million PLN, representing an almost twofold year-on-year increase. The company is growing faster than the market and, importantly, maintains this trend every quarter.

On February 26, 2014, the Group's management board signed an agreement to establish a joint venture between Fiege Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG and Work Service S.A. The total value of the transaction amounted to 21.7 million euros. With revenues in the region of 100 million euros in 2014, the resulting company will be one of the leading temporary staffing and outsourcing agencies in the German market. Recently, the Hungarian temporary employment agency Prohuman also joined the Work Service Capital Group, following the earlier acquisitions of Antal International and Work Express. A few months ago, in an interview with Manager, Tomasz Misiak stated that his return to business from the world of politics, to which he had devoted several years of his life, triggered the company's exponential growth.
