Montis Capital invests in companies from Seed to Series B, seeking teams that create breakthrough, scalable technologies across all industries, investing in both hardware and software solutions. The investment mandate per transaction ranges from €1 million to €5 million, with a target fund size of €35 million. Investors include the Polish Development Fund (PFR) with a contribution of €18.6 million, the management team, and a private co-investor. Tomasz Misiak was heavily involved in the fund’s formation and places great emphasis on the further development of Montis Capital—following the success of its operations to date, the firm will soon launch a subsequent fund.
